Website information
The information on this website is general and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support. Viewing the website or sending an enquiry does not create a therapist–client relationship.
Appointments
An appointment is confirmed only when agreed directly with Amalia and any required advance payment has been received. Therapy arrangements, confidentiality and professional boundaries will be set out in a therapy agreement.
Fees and cancellations
Current fees are shown on the fees page. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. The notice period for cancellation or rescheduling, and any fee for late cancellation or missed appointments, will be confirmed in the therapy agreement before paid work begins.
Emergency support
Mind & Soul Therapy is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent mental health help that is not an emergency, call NHS 111 and select the mental health option. Samaritans can be contacted free on 116 123.
